Case Study
Connor Brady
Learning DesignerI am a Learning Designer in the University’s Centre for Enhancement of Learning and Teaching. My role has a focus on working with academic staff to help deliver their module content through the University’s VLE – Canvas.
I also have a background in graphic design which enables me to create engaging and visually interesting learning materials.
I graduated from Sunderland University in 2015 after completing an undergraduate degree in Graphic Communication. Studying at Sunderland taught me critical skills in graphic design and visual communication, skills that I continue to utilise and develop in my day-to-day role.
Upon graduating from Sunderland, I worked as a graphic designer for a few years before becoming interested in User Experience design, which eventually led me to the field of eLearning and Instructional Design. I now work with academic staff, consulting on methods for the delivery of their blended curriculum content through a VLE. This role provides me with a fusion of logic and creativity, which utilises my technical and creative skills to deliver an exceptional digital student experience.
