There are two new Saturday Clubs running as part of the National Glass Centre programme of events with digital media artist Shirley Anne Wood. Shirley Anne Wood is a graduate of the University of Sunderland and Creativitiworks member.

Cre:ART

Every Saturday from 1 October - 17 December 10.30 - 12.30
The weekly art club provides an informal yet structured creative session in a friendly and supportive learning environment; participants will learn about art through the exploration of materials and techniques.  Members are encouraged to be creative, to develop both as individuals and collectively, whilst evolving artistically. This would be an ideal time for any new starters.
Individual sessions are £4
Suitable for ages 7-14
Discounted advanced booking rate:  £42 for 12 sessions

SPECTRUM 

Every Saturday from 24 September - 26 November 2.00 - 4.00
NGC's weekly Saturday club where you can try out a range of digital skills such as photography, film and animation.  Each session takes inspiration from NGC's exhibitions. No experience necessary!
Individual sessions are £6. 
Suitable for ages 7 +
Discounted advanced booking rate:  £25 for 5 sessions or £40 for 10 sessions.

Booking is advisable.  If the minimum number for an activity is not met, it may be cancelled and a full refund given.  Please contact reception to avoid disappointment.
Classes are held at the National Glass Centre, Liberty Way, Sunderland, SR6 0GL.
