First Year Module Choices

This course is structured around modules in film studies, media studies and cultural studies. This theoretical base can be complemented by practical and studio-based modules across a range of media - photography, print, radio and video. In your first year you will study the following modules:

MAC101 Introduction to Media & Cultural Studies
MAC116 Introduction to Academic Research Skills
MAC120 History of the Cinema
MAC170 Introduction to Film Studies
