BA (Hons) Scriptwriting (TV, Film and Radio)

First Year Module Choices

This course will allow you to combine practical projects in writing with theoretical studies in film and media. Practical projects include screenwriting, writing for radio, and writing for factual television and journalism. In your first year you will study the following modules:

MAC101 Introduction to Media & Cultural Studies
MAC116 Introduction to Academic Research Skills
MAC170 Introduction to Film Studies
MAC175 Introduction to Screenwriting
MAC176 Introduction to Radio Drama
