Study Abroad
Why not do something different and study abroad as part of your programme. Many of our students have taken advantage of our Study Abroad scheme and have spent time at partner universities in Europe, the USA, Canada, South America and Australia. This can be a real life enhancing experience - broadening your horizons, opening up longer term opportunities and giving a distinct advantage when presenting yourself to a prospective employer.
In the new global economy, national barriers are falling in every sector and industry. Study Abroad enables you to spend time at one our partner institutions overseas while gaining credits towards your degree. Spending time studying abroad provides you with the opportunity to broaden your cultural horizons and improve your career and job prospects.
The Study Abroad Exchange Programme enables you to study for one or two semesters at one of our exchange partners. The time you spend abroad replaces the time you would have spent in Sunderland so won't prolong your studies.
