'Student Support' Mobile APP/Mobile Web
The Faculty have developed a 'Student Support APP' which can be found within the University of Sunderland's
Mobile Web application.
By downloading the University's mobile web to your phone you will be given instant access to essential information and services - including our Student Support Services - available to you here at the University.
The Student Support section of the APP provides information about support services available within the Faculty, University and Students' Union and gives students the opportunity to search for the support service they need themselves without them having to divulge what can sometimes be very personal information to numerous members of staff before being directed to the correct service for support.
The idea behind the Student Support APP is to provide students with the opportunity to contact support services as and when their problems arise, in a much more confidential way, from anywhere at anytime.
The APP allows students to contact the support service they need directly from their phone, either by phone call or email, and also provides details of location and guidance on how to get there, so if preferred students can go and speak to staff in person.
