Ali Abdallah is a Postgraduate academic assistant in tourism in the department of Business and Law. Adapting cultures and equating developed first world countries to non-developed third world countries is his field of interest. His past research includes: “Night-time Economy in Beirut: Modernization and Re-branding as a Recovery Mechanism for Tourism Development in Lebanon”. His current research includes: “The Lebanese Diaspora in England: Identity, Culture and Hospitality”. Ali is now a module leader for both “Tourism Fieldwork” and “Cultural Tourism” modules.
