Kym holds the position of Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management, and currently delivers Strategic HRM, Core Business, Leading and Managing and Organisational Development and Learning through practice and reflection. Kym joined the faculty from Teesside Business School, where led the BA (Hons) Leadership, Management and Organisation programme.
