Ron is a senior lecturer in strategic operations and logistics management bringing a wealth of professional experience to the University. Having worked in senior operations management for over 25 years in both the public and private sectors, Ron has encountered and helped overcome many of the problems facing organisations today.
Ron's main academic interests lie in exploring methods of strategic reconciliation between the market requirements and the operational capabilities of the organisation. Ron’s focus is the changing mindset and approach to operations management, encouraging a creative and innovative agenda for both academic and corporate learners. As well as teaching on the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, Ron is also acts in a consultancy capacity for the University.
