Sandy is the current programme leader and provides leadership and teaching on two of the School’s busiest and demanding postgraduate programmes - MA in International Management and MSc in Human Resource Management, which is accredited by CIPD (Certified Institute of personal Development).Sandy is a highly committed academic within the Business School, which is internationally known for the quality of teaching & learning. Her past work experience in International organisations and extensive experience in HR Management has added value to her leadership role in Post graduate suite. She deals with a wide range of diverse groups of students in terms of size, age, ethnicity and professional/academic background.Her role as a programme leader denotes her ability to contribute to the effective management, monitoring, evaluation and development of curricula at programme level. Examples of this include: effective collaboration with key external stakeholders (i.e. Universities, Colleges) and other Institutions both in UK and abroad. Sandy’s research interests are in the areas of Human Resource Development, International Human Resource Management and organization/work/employment studies.
