Stephen Oliver is a lecturer within both the Law and Business departments. He is currently the module leader for Commercial Law and Tort Law covering level 2 and 3 delivering both lectures and seminars. Stephen is module leader within the Business school for the Introduction to Business Law at levels 1 and 2 and also the Legal Aspects of Human Resources. Stephen's background as an Investigator for HM Customs and Excise and the running of two OMB's provides a practical reference for students studying his modules. Stephen has delivered key note speeches to industry on European Environment Law whist in the private sector and continues to research Corporate Social Responsibility.
