A Senior Lecturer in Leadership and Management at Sunderland Business School, who prior to joining academia, had an extensive 30 year Business and Management career working in a range of business sectors.
During this period I gained firsthand experience of running large plant manufacturing operations, and developing and implementing business strategies, while working as a senior member of the International Management teams of Black and Decker, Fisher Price and within the Automotive industry.
I am an experienced a senior manager with an international business perspective who has had a significant effect on the performance and profitability of a range of manufacturing organisations my experience and achievements include:
