William's background involves several years of experience in the public and private sectors. William entered Higher Education at Leeds Polytechnic and joined the University of Sunderland in 1992.¿¿ Having been involved in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes (full and part time, distance learning and overseas delivery), William has delivered in company courses in Management with Rolls Royce, Massey Ferguson and Jaguar, as well as TUC training courses. Other related experience includes QAA subject assessor; EDEXCEL and CIPD moderation; CIPD quality panels; External Examiner; CIPD National Membership and Education Committee; CIPD Branch Education Officer.
