Biography
Steven worked as a teacher and as Head of Department in secondary education for 11 years before entering into higher education in 2010. He teaches on the undergraduate route, PGCE courses and master Modules in Education. His research interests include the areas of education policy, behaviour management and 14-19 education and training.

Steven also teaches on the PGCE Business Education & Masters modules. He also occasionally lectures to all PGCE trainees on 14-19 Education and Behaviour Management.
