Facilities

The University's Facilities Service administers a number of services, including:

All the University's halls of residence have live-in Student Advisors who provide a 24/7 point of contact for enquiries or comments. Feedback about halls of residence can also be left via the Residential Services website.

Student and Learning Support

Student and Learning Support is a large Department providing a wide range of services for both learners and staff:

Most student services are based on City Campus, with Careers and Employability on ground floor of the Gateway Building, and Support Services on level 1 of Edinburgh Building. Each service has an online feedback form available on its website - look for the student voice logo.

Feedback about libraries can be given in person at a library, through their library account or by using a comments form either on paper or online. You can also use the online Library Service feedback page.
