All of our students gain first hand experience in classroom teaching skills and also explore such issues as gender, culture and race, special needs and how to support gifted children. Personal and professional development through individual study, group work and new experiences are commitments that are shared throughout the Faculty.
The Faculty and our lecturers have developed an excellent reputation and working relationship with partnership schools in the region. A high percentage of our students gain employment on completion of the programme and our commitment to this end is demonstrated by our annual First Appointments Conference.
