On the day information
An 'on the day' guide for graduates and their guests will be posted out one week before the ceremonies along with any guest tickets purchased. Please download a copy of the On the day guide.
Graduates should bring with them photographic identification such as their student card or passport, to enable them to collect their ticket on the day of their ceremony.
Information for International students
If you provided a non-UK address when completing your graduation booking form, your guest tickets and 'on the day' information guide will not be posted out to you. Instead, you can collect them from the main reception at the Stadium of Light on the day of your ceremony.
