Graduating staff

• If you are a member of staff graduating at the ceremonies you must complete the Student Online Booking Form  by 2pm 3rd June 2013.
• Please contact the Graduations Team before proceeding with your booking.

Academic Staff/Marshalls

Academic Staff from the University and Partnership Colleges are invited to take part in the ceremonies either a member of the Academic Staff Procession, a Marshal or Director of Studies.  Non-teaching staff may attend the ceremony as a Marshall for which you will need to wear Academic Dress.  To reserve your place at the ceremony and your Academic Dress, please book directly with Ede and Ravenscroft  by 2pm on 3rd June 2013 by completing the Staff Online Booking Form. Your robe will then be available to collect from Media Suite at the Stadium of Light on the day of the ceremony.

Non-Teaching Staff/Staff attending as guests

Staff members are invited to attend the ceremonies as guests (one 'ceremony only' ticket per staff member).             

To book your place as a guest, please complete the Staff Guest Booking Form by 2pm 3rd June 2013.

VIP Guests 

If you would like to invite guests to the ceremony and would like them to be guests of the Vice-Chancellor then you need to read the Faculty VIP guest guidance notes .
