Graduating staff

  • If you are a member of staff graduating at the ceremonies you must complete the Student Online Booking Form  by 2pm 11th June 2012.
  • Please contact the Graduations Team before proceeding with your booking.

 

Academic Staff

Academic Staff from the University and Partnership Colleges are invited to take part in the ceremonies as either a member of the Academic Staff Procession, a Marshal, Director of Studies or as a Guest (maximum of one ticket).  To reserve your place at the ceremony and your Academic Dress, please book directly with Ede and Ravenscroft  by 2pm 11th June 2012 by completing their Staff Online Booking Form

  • As a Marshal, Director of Studies or member of the Academic Procession you are required to wear academic robes. These are also ordered from Ede & Ravenscroft by the staff online booking form and are collected from the Stadium of Light on the day of your ceremony.  
  • There is a very strict deadline set by Ede and Ravenscroft, therefore you must complete the booking form by the deadline 2pm 11th June 2012.

Non-Teaching Staff  

Non-Teaching Staff are invited to attend as guests (one 'ceremony only' ticket per staff member).  

If you are attending as a Marshall you are required to wear Academic Dress, hired from our official robe hirer, Ede and Ravenscroft, and collected from the Stadium of Light on the day of your ceremony.           

To book your place as a guest or as a Marshall, please complete the Ede and Ravenscroft Staff Online Booking form by 2pm 11th June 2012.

 

VIP Guests 

If you would like to invite guests to the ceremony and would like them to be guests of the Vice-Chancellor then you need to read the Faculty VIP guest guidance notes .
