Facilities
The University's Facilities Service administers a number of services, including:
- Car parking
- Catering
- Residential Services (halls of residence)
- Childcare
All the University's halls of residence have live-in Student Advisors who provide a 24/7 point of contact for enquiries or comments. Feedback about halls of residence can also be left via the Residential Services website.

Student and Learning Support
Student and Learning Support is a large Department providing a wide range of services for both learners and staff:
- IT Services
- Learning Development Services
- Careers & Employability Service
- Chaplaincy Service
- Counselling Service
- Disability Services
- Financial Counselling Service
- Health & Wellbeing Service
- Student Support Funds Service
- Regional Support Centre
- University Library Services
Most student services are based on City Campus, with Careers and Employability on ground floor of the Gateway Building, and Support Services on level 1 of Edinburgh Building.
