Financial support

The University of Sunderland's Financial Counselling Service provides expert financial advice to students and prospective students - so you can get expert help before you even apply for university. The advice is free, confidential, impartial and non-judgemental.

Some of the available services:

  • Advice on available loans, grants, bursaries and scholarships (including the Access to Learning fund)
  • Help with applying for funding support
  • Information on the student support system
  • Debt counselling
