4. I have applied for the 'Get There' travel pass, when will I receive my pass?
When you receive your confirmation letter from our Admissions Team, it will contain login information for 'Selfcare', which you can use to upload a passport-style photograph.
If you upload an appropriate photograph by 1 September 2013 and you're studying on-campus in Sunderland, your travel pass will be ready for collection in Registration Week in September.
If you are studying at a Partner College your passes will be distributed at the College at a later date.
5. I have applied for the 'Get There' accommodation discount, when will the discount be applied / is there anything else that I need to do?
The £500 discount will be applied automatically, providing you have been offered and you have accepted a place in University accommodation.
If you are paying your accommodation fees in one lump sum the discount will be taken off the total amount. If you are paying your accommodation fees in instalments, the £500 discount will be applied to the second instalment figure, due 1 February 2014.
