Studying abroad

Many of our students broaden their cultural horizons and study abroad at partner universities in Europe, the USA, Canada, South America and Australia while gaining credits towards their degree.

This gives them a distinct advantage when presenting themselves to a prospective employer.

Students study for one or two semesters at one of our exchange partner universities.

The time spent abroad replaces the time which would have been spent in Sunderland, so it doesn't increase the time it takes to study for a degree.
