Principal Lecturer Teaching and Learning

I am a Principal Lecturer in Teaching and Learning in the Faculty of Business, Law and Tourism at the University of Sunderland. I support the faculty in relation to addressing learning and teaching priorities, support University initiatives that enhance the student learning experience and lead on the design, development, implementation and evaluation of effective approaches to teaching, assessment and feedback.

I am passionate about effective curricula design and developing pedagogies and learning environments that engage and support students on their learning journey.

I am also an experienced senior lecturer, programme leader and facilitator in change, leadership, coaching, developing effective individuals and teams and improving organisational design and performance through people.

My teaching background lies primarily in leadership and management development, organisational behaviour and development and change.
