I am the Principal Lecturer in Professionalism as well as Medical Ethics and Legal Medicine in the School of Medicine.
Previously, I have lectured in these areas on the undergraduate Medical degree at the School of Medicine at University College Cork in Ireland, as well as at the School of Dentistry, School of Pharmacy and Clinical Therapies.
In addition, I worked on the Masters Degree in End of Life Issues in the School of Nursing.
I also lectured in Professionalism and Medical Ethics and Legal Medicine at the School of Medicine at University College Dublin and the Graduate Entry School at the University of Limerick.
I have lectured extensively at postgraduate level at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and more recently on the Foundation Training Programme at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Gateshead NHS Trust.
During this time, I have supervised a number of Masters theses in the area of Medical Ethics and Legal Medicine, as well as numerous student projects.
