Academic Pharmacist Practitioner

I am an academic pharmacist practitioner within the School of Pharmacy.

My career started as a clinical pharmacist within secondary care in the NHS. I progressed to specialist clinical pharmacist before starting at Sunderland University in October 2013.

My role is split between teaching, research and clinical practice with a day a week working at the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust within renal medicine. I contribute to the undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy programmes as well as other programmes within the Faculty.
