Senior Lecturer in Clinical Skills
I am a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Skills in the School of Pharmacy. I qualified as a Paramedic in 2007 and have worked in practice and education since qualifying.
I have experience in practice development, teaching and delivery of collaborative HEI programmes along with extensive experience of leading and managing these programmes.
I have worked full-time in academia since 2017 and joined the University in 2019 on a full-time basis.
I completed my MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice in 2019 and have Fellowship status with the HEA. In addition, I ensure I keep my Clinical Practice up-to-date alongside teaching Clinical Skills. My next vision is to have a piece of my own research published.
Teaching and supervision
I teach Clinical Skills across MPharm Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences for the Overseas Pharmacist Assessment Programme (OSPAP).
