ITT Lecturer Science and Mathematics

I have a passion for STEM education and have collaborated with many professional organisations to aid in the use of technology in the classroom to enhance teaching and learning.

I graduated from Lancaster University with a MPhys (Hons) Physics with Cosmology and Astrophysics with a key focus on black holes and cosmic strings. I then undertook a PGCE in Science Education at University of Sunderland.

For nearly two decades I have been delivering Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 STEM subjects to young people and adults across the country in schools, sixth form colleges, independent schools, independent training providers, and local councils. I have been a Physics examiner for OCR and AQA.

I have held various roles in my career such as Key Stage 4 Co-ordinator for Science, Assistant Director of Sciences, Head of Science, and STEM specialist. I have been a Radiation Protection Supervisor in a number of organisations for 15 years.
