Disabled Students’ Allowance

What it is:
If you have a disability or specific learning difficulty such as dyslexia, you can get a Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) to help to pay for any equipment and support you need.

Who it's for:
Full-time/part-time undergraduates and postgraduates are eligible for DSAs on top of any other loans, grants and bursaries.

Childcare Grant

What it is:
Help with your learning costs.

Who it's for:
Full-time students with children in registered or approved childcare can apply for a Childcare Grant to help with these costs in term time and holidays.

Funding for armed forces personnel

What it is:
Help with covering your funding thanks to the Ministry of Defence's ELCAS scheme.

Who it's for:
Members (or recent members) of the Armed Forces.
