How do I sign up to the Staff Mandate permit?

A Staff Mandate permit allows staff to pay for their parking via salary mandate. To sign up, please complete and submit the online Parking Permit form. By signing up you are agreeing to the below monthly salary deduction from payroll:

  • £28.05 per month (£336.60 per year) – staff working over 20.5 hours per week
  • £14.03 per month (£168.30 per year) – staff working 20 hours or less per week

Existing Staff Mandate permit holders must re-apply to renew their monthly salary deduction to ensure that all the information we hold is up to date. Any staff who have not applied for a new permit by 31st August will have their salary deduction cancelled.

If you wish to leave the scheme, please complete the withdrawal form. The salary deduction will be cancelled only on receipt of this form and the returned permit.
