There are very strict rules on what type of photo is acceptable; it must be passport style. If you upload the wrong kind of photo you will significantly delay the receipt of your ticket and incur extra costs. Full information about uploading the right kind of photo can be found on MySunderland.
For students studying at one of our Partner Colleges, you can contact our Partnerships Team if you need support or guidance on uploading your photo.
You will be notified if your travel ticket photo is not suitable and you will need to resend a suitable passport style photo to email@example.com.
