Your Get There travel ticket will be posted to your term time address. Please ensure that your address details are correct on Evision at the time of your enrolment.
Your Get There travel ticket is produced by an external organisation who will process and post travel tickets on a weekly basis. Please note neither the travel company or the University of Sunderland will be able to advise of the exact date of the receipt of your ticket.
Once you receive your ticket, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Failure to do so will result in the generation of your one free replacement ticket as we will assume that the ticket has been lost.
Please note you may experience delays in the receipt of your travel ticket due to Government Covid-19 guidance.
