If you identify as a Gypsy, Traveller, Roma, Showman or Boater (GTRSB) student we can help with all aspects of the move to get you settled into student life. Providing you arrange it with us in advance, our We Care Team can even help to carry your boxes.
We can also meet you on moving day to help you get settled. This can include giving you a brief orientation of Sunderland, taking you to the local supermarket to stock up the cupboards or even just popping by to say hello. We’ll also give you a welcome voucher when you arrive.
