This short course will help those working within an engineering and production environment to progress their career and strengthen their workforce through maintenance strategy.
Develop your knowledge and skillset in topics such as total productive maintenance, reliability centered maintenance, and condition-based maintenance.
By looking at different maintenance strategies through time, you will be able to utilise your knowledge and be confident when making changes with your organisation.
This course will take place across two days at our Sir Tom Cowie campus. You will explore the history and development of modern maintenance strategies and the different aspects of maintenance management with regard to technical, administrative and managerial issues.
