This fun and engaging masterclass will educate you on what to expect when the menopause happens. When you attend a session you will leave with a plan of what your next steps might be, whether managing others or when you go through the menopause.
You will leave with an understanding of how to support your colleagues and families, and enable creative solutions as to how your organisation might manage people through menopause and offer the best support.
Everyone is encouraged to play an equal part in their own wellbeing and anyone experiencing the menopause should be able to leave with a plan of their next steps.
This 2.5 hour workshop is delivered by Sharon MacArthur, the owner of Red Handbag and founder of Miss Menopause.
The course is delivered in a 2.5 hour masterclass where interaction and participation is encouraged.
