MSc Environment, Health and Safety

After working as a safety advisor on oil rigs in 12 countries, Ammar Hussein decided to resign so he could study the MSc Environmental, Health and Safety course. Ammar applied to the Enterprise Place after graduating and was accepted, so he is now working on building his business.

I decided to study at Sunderland after reading about the course online - I impressed by the course contents and the size of the University.

I was working as a safety advisor on oil rigs in 12 countries. I decided to resign to study MSc in Environmental, Health and Safety to increase my knowledge about health and safety, and increase the number of qualifications.

The best aspects of the course are studying materials and tutor support. I would recommend the University to other students and advise them to come to the UK and study here – you will receive huge support.

I am proud that I have gone through this experience, it changed my life."
