Mercy Ogbonne Ibe

After graduating in 2015, Mercy Ibe decided to enhance her job prospects by studying MSc Public Health here at Sunderland.

I finished my first degree in 2015 and went through a compulsory one-year internship training. I decided to further my education as it would enhance my dreams.

I chose the University of Sunderland because it offered the exact modules in their programme that I feel would benefit me the most, coupled with the fact the necessary journals and books are readily available for research purposes and studying.

The best aspects of the course are the applied research methods which are a practical element of the course that I love.

I would recommend the University of Sunderland because it has all the facilities one needs to pursue a dream career. It also has an excellent support system that guides students in the right choice of career.

I would say the University of Sunderland is one of the best in the UK. It has supportive facilities, a conducive learning environment and friendly campus life. All these put together helps to sharpen one’s thinking abilities which is an indispensable skill."
