Alumni Association

Welcome to our Alumni Association. As a University of Sunderland graduate, you're part of a global community. Whether you're across the world or down the road, you'll always be connected to Sunderland.

We're proud of the heritage of our institution, our city, and the people who have studied with us.

Through the Alumni Association, we celebrate the things that brought you together during your time at the University, whether in Sunderland, London, Hong Kong, or across the world. The Association exists to keep you up to date on the University's news, successes, and future plans. It also gives you the opportunity to stay connected to friends and classmates with shared interests.

We encourage you to engage through our global network. Come back and visit us in Sunderland for a reunion, become a 'Super Alumni', help with our recruitment activities, or join us at an upcoming event.

You'll join our Alumni Association automatically when you graduate and you can update your details at any time.

Request a transcript

From time to time you may need to provide confirmation of your degree. You can request a transcript via the Awards and Verification Portal.

If you graduated from 2004 to present day, you can access your formal qualification and award documentation (certificates, transcripts and verification letters) through the portal. It allows you to share these with prospective employers, recruitment agencies and HE institutions around the world.

We take the fight against fraud and protection of your data very seriously, so the portal uses multi-level security features to produce and verify University of Sunderland documentation.
