Journalism Escape Room

Could you be a journalist? Put your skills to the test with this interactive escape room. You’ll face a serious of challenges. These include spotting AI-generated images to verifying sources and separating fact from fiction. Each completed task unlocks the next clue, bringing you closer to solving the mystery and getting the facts you need to produce a news exclusive.

Create your own podcast!

Get ready to step into the world of podcasting. Start by dreaming up an exciting theme for your podcast. This could be anything you’re passionate about, from music, sport, gaming, pop culture, or something totally unique! Think about what would grab people’s attention and make them want to listen. Next, you’ll team up in groups and bring your idea to life. In our podcasting suite, you’ll plan, record, and edit your very own short podcast episode. Your mission is to entertain, inform, and make your audience want more!

Step into the spotlight in our TV studio!

Ever wondered what it’s like to be on live TV? Have a go at presenting news and sports bulletins like real broadcasters. And try out being behind the scenes, operating the cameras and calling the shots from the director’s chair, to produce your very own news show.

Create your own sci fi or horror game!

We all love games – whether online or traditional board games – but have you ever thought about writing your own? In this session, you’ll look at some of the sci-fi and fantasy tropes in the iconic Star Wars films. Then, you'll create your own board games using storytelling techniques. Could you create the next Minecraft or 7th Citadel?
