"I was passionate about completing an MBA abroad. I didn’t just want to complete a regular MBA; I wanted the opportunity to gain practical experience as well as theoretical knowledge. The University of Sunderland allowed me to pursue my passion and fulfil my dream with their MBA Top-Up course.

As an international student, I feel like my country’s education structure is very different to the UK, and the dissertation was a new concept to me. Thanks to the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and English for Business Studies (EBS) courses, I was able to submit a quality dissertation in my field of expertise. I strongly recommend every international student to enrol onto the EAP and EBS courses.

Before coming to the University, I worked in human resources. I'm currently working with Experis as a researcher in recruitment but I'm aiming to progress further within HR.

My communication and listening skills have improved since joining the University and the Sanako app made learning both fun and exciting. It's been an amazing journey and the University is very student-focused and supportive. The lecturers have been really great."
