About Celia Rose Samater
As Faculty Academic Support Lead for the School of Business, I am responsible for leading high-quality curriculum support initiatives that enhance student engagement, retention, and progression while coordinating the activities of personal academic tutors.
I have over 25 years in leadership roles, 12 of which have been in education. I am a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach and Life Coach and part of the University's coaching network.
I hold an MBA, PGCE, BA (Hons), and SFHEA.
Teaching and supervision
I love to teach all things business, including strategy, ops management, CSR, leadership and management, and personal and professional development.
Interests
My research is around student engagement, retention, academic success, and the use of coaching as a style of delivery.
