About Daisy Naylor
I am a Lecturer in journalism and teach both undergraduate students and apprentices across a variety of modules covering news and online journalism.
Before joining the University, I worked at publications including The Economist and The Mirror, specialising in audience growth and digital journalism.
Teaching and supervision
I teach modules covering essential journalism skills, public affairs, and digital journalism. I also teach a module on data visualisation.
I teach Media Law and Ethics on our Senior Journalist Apprenticeship.
