About Dawn H Ridgway
I am a Senior Lecturer in Health Sciences and predominantly manage academic development of various short courses in alignment with NHS workforce requirements.
I have specific expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation along with teaching and learning across several health-related disciplines.
Additionally, I serve as the School's Academic Champion for Employability and Enterprise (ACEE). The conduit between The Centre for Graduate Prospects and academics within the Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation department. I facilitate collaboration between teams to integrate innovative Employability and Enterprise principles and initiatives into the curriculum, to enhance graduate opportunities for students.
Teaching and supervision
I have been teaching at the University for over 14 years and have written and delivered modules across a wide variety of courses including Sport and Exercise Science, Paramedic Science, and more recently Nursing.
