About Emma Bailey
I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience in the NHS. I left my post as a Modern Matron in 2019 to join the Nursing Apprenticeship Team at the University.
Teaching and supervision
I am a Senior Lecturer and teach a range of subjects across all fields of practice. I am Module Leader for Interprofessional Working and Leadership for our final year students. Additionally, I am Programme Leader for BSc (Hons) Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship supporting a fabulous team of lecturers and senior lecturers delivering first-class nurse education.
