About Dr Hazem Eissa
I am a Lecturer and Researcher in robotics. I received my MSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and PhD in Distributed Systems for Robotic Swarms from the University of Greenwich in 2016 and 2022, respectively. I have experience working in higher education institutions delivering lectures in Egypt, Germany, and the UK.
I worked on different projects related to embedded systems (biomedical engineering), communication (cellular systems), and robotics (Swarm of Robots).

My research focuses on implementing robotic swarm formations for mapping and localisation applications. My research interest includes the following themes:
