John Bailey

I am a Registered Paramedic and Lecturer for BSc (Hons) Paramedic Science and Out of Hospital Care.

I joined the North East Ambulance Service in 2012 and registered as a paramedic in 2016. I am an Enhanced Care Paramedic and Clinical Mentor. I have worked in the offshore/remote/film and TV industry as a paramedic since 2019. I joined the University of Sunderland in 2023.

In my spare time, I like to walk and adventure with my wife and three Border Collies. I am a big fan of sci-fi and anything to do with dinosaurs.
