About Dr Mohammad Adwan

I teach quality management, risk, marketing, aviation and hospitality, and I supervise master’s projects in Business and Management, Aviation and Hospitality Studies. I completed my PhD at the University of Sunderland. My thesis, ‘Total Quality Management in Crisis: How Can Total Quality Management Strategies Enhance the Resilience of the Jordanian Aviation Industry After COVID-19?’, examines how TQM can be adapted to strengthen airline resilience during severe disruptions. I hold a BA and an MBA with distinctions and bring more than a decade of international industry experience with organisations including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Rotana Hotel
Management Corporation, Royal Jordanian Airlines, Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) and Entain PLC. My work focuses on leadership and management, employee behaviours, quality and safety, and crisis response in aviation.
