Research
My doctoral research investigated the influence of trust on the sharing of practical knowledge in technology producing Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
I am looking to build on this and develop my research portfolio further.
I have a keen interest in how informal learning behaviors influence organisational working practices. Moving forward I am therefore looking to focus on formulating novel approaches to modelling informal learning behaviors using organisational information systems to support decision-making when developing new products (Innovation 5.0), operations (Operations 5.0), and managing quality (Quality 5.0).
