Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the MSc Professional People Practice has been built around the CIPD Profession Map and focuses on best practice approaches to managing and developing people.

What makes this course unique is the triple award you’ll gain on completion:

  • Level 7 Apprenticeship
  • MSc in Human Resource Management

Together, these qualifications give you advanced professional recognition and the skills to influence strategy, drive organisational performance, and lead with confidence.

Whether you’re already a senior manager or aiming to step into a leadership role, this course will equip you with the knowledge and credibility to excel. By mastering the art of people and human resource management, you’ll be well prepared to shape workplace culture, manage change, and deliver positive outcomes for both organisations and their people.
