Course summary

This masterclass will help raise awareness of your leadership potential, allowing you to explore your strengths in the context of leadership in the workplace, to achieve greater effectiveness and satisfaction in your role. The masterclass takes your challenging work environment and, creating the space to reflect, asks you to explore your strengths and preferred ways of working, to consider how you see yourself and how others see you, and to consider what makes you an effective leader, developing confidence and effectiveness.

The course is aimed at both experienced leaders and anyone relatively new to leadership who occupy roles requiring them to demonstrate leadership formally or informally.

The masterclass is designed and delivered by highly qualified practitioners who have experience and expertise in their subject. What you'll study

How you'll learn

Tools and concepts in this masterclass will support you in exploring and evaluating individual qualities and attributes and how these can be helpful or unhelpful depending on the work-based context. The concepts will focus on the qualities of a leader and understanding what makes you effective, using what you learn to enhance that effectiveness, to benefit you and your organisation.

This course has no formal accreditation or assessment, although you'll be asked to produce a reflection on your experience, providing evidence of the impact of the course, with a consideration of how this might inform your future development.
