This masterclass has been created to enable you to develop your creative thinking ability and equip you with a range of problem-solving techniques to enable you to address organisational issues and problems.

Business today is as lean as it can be. We therefore need new approaches to help us solve existing business problems. This course offers a new ‘lens’ through which to see alternative solutions. It will help you to develop a new and novel way of thinking and real techniques for implementing changes in the workplace.

This course is for business managers, owners, and people responsible for decision making within their business or organisation who may not have tried creative thinking in the past.

What you'll study

The one-day course will look at traditional and creative problem-solving techniques and explore the business case for creative thinking.

How you'll learn

The course has been developed by academic staff who have a wealth of business and leadership experience, who understand the challenges leaders face, and the importance of developing knowledge and skills to help them successfully meet these challenges.

You'll be assessed via an online multiple-choice quiz and supported by a university tutor.
